Speculation from Kelly Curtis today on the Sirius show. I may just be speculating, however. twofeetthick.com wrote: Kelly: “That’s funny you mention that. we’re messing around with something for next summer, some sort of 20th Anniversary weekend party, somewhere in the middle of the country. We’re trying to figure that out right now. Like a destination … weekend … party.
Tim: You think people would like that Rob? The Rob: You heard it here first, folks. I feel the internet buzzing right now! Kelly: It’d be kinda fun, right? Camping all all that kinda stuff. Tim: Camping .. yeah! The Rob: Bring it on! |

What is it supposed to be? A tour? A festival headlined by PJ? |

a couple day festival to celebrate the 20 year anniversary. Curtis mentioned they'd like to do it somewhere in the middle of the country. I assume it would be PJ and PJ related bands, etc. Could be insanely cool if done right |

Think of the possibilities of the lineup: Liam Finn Sleater-Kinney reunion or a Corin Tucker solo set Mudhoney Gomez My Morning Jacket Bad Religion Temple Of The Dog Wellwater Conspiracy reunion Alice In Chains Chris Cornell solo set etc. with a massive 3 hour PJ set? Last one to Chicago's a rotten egg. |

I was trying to figure out what it would take for me to commit to something like that and it would have to be somehow the most amazing lineup/festival/party/temperature/weather/campground/sound system in the world...so yeah, I'm probably not going. But you never know |

I'd go to a regular show over a festival show and a festival show over no show. I'm not a hard sell. |

bad idea. just do a tour with no opening band and three+ hour sets. space out the dates if you have to. |
