Red Dot is fine, stipster. It's a cool sounding interlude that flows well with the album. Nothing more, nothing less.

I cringe every time I hear red dot and I'd be embarassed to play it for anyone

you're all crazy

Ed's amazing. But he's also in his mid-40s and has been super rich for a long time. If you're waiting/hoping/dreaming about someone in their mid-40s who has been super rich for a long time writing from the perspective of a hungry 25-year-old then you should probably re-think your life and your priorities. People expect too much from Ed and the band. Ed's probably the most kick ass 45-year-old on the planet. But he's not going to save your life. And he's not going to write "Go" or "Alive" again. And that's not a bad thing. He's going to write "Save You" and "Life Wasted" and "No Ceiling" and "The End," and he's still the best songwriter in the best band on the planet.

Lastly, the whole "album/song/tour/setlist/etc. you want" is such a joke. We're fans. We listen. Who in the f ever said we get to dictate what the band does or writes or plays? Get some perspective, people. It does and body and a mind good.

I always thought it was "we're all crazy, we're all crazy at war"

Stip, sometimes I just don't get you.

I agree re Stipleman, but that second verse in Faithful is kinda bad... the clearest way to see it is to compare it to the first verse

You're full of shit. The second verse is great, you fury thing.
