Bing Crosby, Abba, Buddy Holly, Jefferson Airplane, Stevie Wonder, and the Beatles have all had love song compilation cds. If pearl jam was to have a uh lets say 18 song compilation of love songs which songs would be on the album, and would you buy it?

Yes, I would buy it. Here are songs that I think should be on it:

1. Smile
2. Oceans
3. Thin Air
4. Betterman (just kidding!)
5. Wishlist
6. U
7. Around the Bend (love for a child)
8. Last Kiss
9. Light Years
10. You Are
11. Porch

Others that I would consider:
Indifference
Long Road
Sad
I Got Shit
Thumbing My Way

I know it might just be me, but I have never thought of Wishlist as a love song.

Sorry, your opinion is wrong.

I don't see this that it is part of the general stereotype of a love song, but in the sense that it is a song involving that emotion, whether happy or sad, I guess it's one. To each his own.

I imagine a guy saying to the girl that they shouldnt hesitate, that they should try, should "left the porch"

everyone is really resistant to the true spirit of this thread concept, and i will join in the resistance by pointing out the lack of spirit and by not taking part in listing tracks that would be on the album
