So, I have an amplifier that allows me to install loops as either MP3 or MIDI formats, so that I can play along/over the band.

Curious if anyone has any idea where to find or how to create a bunch of mp3's that don't have vocals, and/or possibly and lead guitar in them?

Basically I'd like to have some PJ songs with that only have Stone, Jeff, and Matt in them, so I can play along, play the Mike parts to the best of my ability, and sing Ed's parts...

Anyhow, if I've posted in the wrong area of the forum, my apologies!!!

If you can help a fellow Jammer out, I'd surely appreciate it!

Haha, that was pretty cool.

Anyway, I found Alive and Spanish Ed's track. A lot of fun, if you're bored. I think I have more too. Better quality ones, from what I remember. Can't find 'em yet, though.

Edit: I found another Alive. I think I like it better. A Brit does an intro, so it's got that going for it.

Just Google "Pearl Jam Backing Tracks" and you'll find a few links for music that's been edited. In some instances its the official studio track with parts muted out. For others, its a cheesy MIDI kind of recording.

is the "PM theplatypus" meme still funny?

If so, you should PM theplatypus. He has a lot of tracks similar to what you are looking for.
