I have heard this kick-ass version of Alive on The Bear lately and I swear it is the best version (of course the solo is the only thing that is different). I was wondering if this is on a Canadian release of one of the albums, or a promo version that only The Bear is gracious enough to share with us. I have been looking for it like a rabid dog ever since I heard it shortly before the Ottawa concert and still have yet to find it. All help would be emencly appreciated.

It would be cool if you could stop by at least once to check it out, so you can at least tell me it is a big piece of crap. Thanks.

For some reason I blank out at PJ concerts when they perform "Alive", it seems like the arena gets at least 20 decibels louder. You never know what to expect from them. I got to meet Boom and Mike last year at the VFC concert in Reading. That was pretty awesome too.

I live in Ottawa and listen to the Bear often. I've heard this version a number of times, but i have no idea where its from. I personally much prefer the "Ten" version, but i'm very curious about this one!

I know- I sent an email to the Bear on Tuesday and still have not heard a response. Thanks for the feedback.

My buddy from Ottawa, who came to the show with me, said they were playing the official boot mp3s in heavy rotation a few days after the show - could be they're still playing some of those?
