It deserves at the very least some PJ Chat Thread attention and not getting buried in some other thread which is related.

how remarkable is RM when Conolias is the primary mod, and the one who likes to merge is away until tomorrow night.... I mean, I haven't seen a dirtier, sluttier message board, and that's not cause Juvenal and Skunk are around, I'm talking about this disorderly board with so many topics which are all so similar to each other that I cannot keep things straight, try as hard as I may. And don't make me get started on the stupid random threads by C_B... God, his thread about DTE is just so ridiculous. He has his own thread for a reason...

good article by the way. what do you think he meant by this

Quote:
"At my age, I want to keep getting better," he says. "I don't want to say this is it. We'll still keep playing, but this is the end of our growth. So this would be a way to grow a couple new branches or something."

That was a really intriguing quote, as well as his metaphor of guys going out to catch the big surf, and McCandless not intending to go die in Alaska, just push himself as far to the edge as he can and still be able to come back and say he saw it.

ed has an amazing ability to be able to compare anything to surfing

"how was the tour"
"it was like a wave..."

"what was the recording process like"
"well it was almost like a wave..."

"how were those $10 eggs"
"delicious, i felt like i was surfing a huge wave..."
