Hi all,
I did the whole search engine routine but came up with nothing on the subject.. The internet doesn´t offer much either. (or i suck at searching).
I know the song is called Alone and i believe it´s a Downface cover. Some say it´s not Layne with Eddie but Jerry Cantrell?! It does sound an awful lot like Layne though.
It´s a beautiful version of the song, but i´d like to know more about it´s history. When and where was it performed? Who was on the guitars? Has it ever been recorded? etc. If some kind soul could help me out, i´d appreciate it very much!
Chorus lyrics:
"I'm Alone (I never wanna be alone)
Now I turn to face the cold
I'm Alone(I never wanna to be alone)
Now I turn to travel home.."
Thanx.

it's a fake one. i think it's an anathema song or something
I had no idea, thanks for clearing that out for me theo667!
The two voices are pretty close to those of vedder and staley. And the info on the mp3 of course says mad season and pearl jam...
No wonder there is nothing on the subject
Oh well, someone got me good...

I had this song on my computer and was convinced it was Eddie and Layne because they sound so much like them. It's actually a pretty good song and would love to get it back if possible.
