Riot Act is a mean prank by the band, and the songs on the album are ALL of the Lost Dogs from the sessions and in reserve below Studio Litho is a vault containing a disc with 12 or 13 unbelievable songs never heard by anyone but the band and their families, neatly and properly sequenced, awaiting parcel service to the disc manufacturer

The only problem is that Riot Act (as we know it) has some terrific songs on there. How do you explain that? A plethora of creativity from the RA sessions?

eddie was stoned beyond belief during the riot act sessions...thats the only explination as to why they would actually release some of those songs on an album
