Post subject:  Charitable Events at Canadian Tour Stops/CCFA Fundraiser

There are some folks on the Synergy board that are intrested in getting some fundraisers started for the Canadian tour. We would all love to have your support and comments.

Thanks,

Contact has been made with the Regional Director for the CCFC. I am going to speak with him tomorrow about setting something up.

Things are looking up.

I just spoke with Marc Ralsky, who is the Regional Director of the CCFC in Toronto. He is pretty optomistic about getting a fundraiser together.

It looks like this idea is taking shape.

He said he will work on getting together with the folks at the foundation and suggested that we get meeting places organized.

Rock on Pearl Jam Folks!!!!

We're trying to get the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada involved in the Canadian tour dates.

Post subject:  Crohn's Fundraisers in US Next Year

Hey guys, I just talked with Steve with the NW chapter of the CCFA.

He had lunch with Mike yesterday and told him all about our idea for another big fundraiser for the US tour next year.

Mike is really excited about the project. As soon as dates are announced, I am going to get things organized.

There will be items for auction at just about every site for the US tour.

The Canadian tour fundraising was very grassroots...and we raised over $15,000

The US tour is going to be much more organized, so I hope for bigger and better things.

Obviously, we'll need for volunteers, so if you're interested, let me know.

We will find a cure!!!

Should we think of something like that for Europe too?

Not too much work. Basically, all you have to do is help scout a location for a specific city. Then, you have to help man the volunteer booth.

In Kitchener, I set up at 2:30, sold "Got Guts" bracelets, sold raffle tickets for autographed items and answered questions. We had the main drawing at 5:30 and by 5:45, I was ready to go to the show.

It's not hard at all and you have a lot of fun at the same time.

Any more questions, let me know.

Absolutely, I believe Mike is on board with the project, so should something be announced, we will need volunteers.
