im sorry to stat a new thread but i need to rant on about this before i rest my eyes.

first thing is im getting kind of sick of having no news whatsoever, NOTHING.

second thing, where the hell is the xmas single or a mention of it? I paid 20 dollars for what seems to be a newsletter and the chance to spend more money, it didnt benefit me in buying tickets and the like.

thirdly, im sick of having to wait three to six weeks on stuff i order from ten club. the shipping prices are high enough to pay for airmail, and that takes a week, so why do we have to wait for ever. oh and what is with the swedish stamp thing on the packages.

fourthly, i wish then ten club would answer emails.

its bloody lucky they play some of the best music or i would have forgotten about them

oh and please dont post here saying its blasphemy and that ten club are the greatest and all that jazz

I agree with you, Tenclub sucks when it comes to shipping(rates). I guess it is where they make their profit.

And their "email policy" sucks too. When I email them with a problem, I want a real response, not some lame automated message.

the reason that i'm not willing to throw in the towel on the 10C is because this drop in service, lack of responsiveness, etc. seems to be a recent thing, in the past year. plus the fact that its only $20 keeps a lot of people hanging on.

the frustration with the lack of news has nothing to do with 10C. its getting to be ridiculous. give us something. they must know what regions, if not venues and dates, that they are booking for this year at least.

...and what happened to the Easy Street release? and the 2005 CD bootlegs?

Rest your eyes, ranting is good, but sometimes it isn't.

The band just moved there entire operation across town in seattle, these things take time to get going. It's not easy to just get and go after being somewhere for 10 years.

You should know by now that they should have renamed it the easter single about 5 years ago.

My guess is that they will release the flood gates of information here within a month and everyone will be happy again, forgetting all their previous frustrations.

yeah i agree the easy street cd and the 05 boots. not everyone wants to download off of the internet for the canadian tour, in fact i've never downloaded a pearl jam song and i never will.

i agree for the most part about the ten club rant.

i did the math a few weeks ago. since the release of No Code, PJ releases an album of new material every 3.3 years i think. thats frustrating

we should have gotten the christmas single beforehand, but don't forget they just had to move their entire operation. plus, this is pearl jam, i'm sure automated technology is not their thing, and that hinders the 10C too.

i haven't done the math on that one, but i think its been every time. they go on the road to support every new album

yeah but they toured last year w/o a new album. same thing in 04, but that tour was a little different. id be much more upset if i was waiting 3.3 years to see them live.
