With the exception of the new one, which I obviously haven't exhausted yet. I've listened to every PJ album from start to finish at least 600 times. I always listen to the albums on shuffle now. It's good for a change. Don't fear the shuffle.[/i]

Until I became sad and started reading and posting here I hadn't listened to a studio album in years. I listen to the bootlegs, I think they sound so good live, and you get a good mix of material. Only reading about people talking about the merits of albums did I actually listen to the albums again.
I still prefer the bootlegs. I'm sure after this years tours, I won't much list to the Guac album, I'll be listening to the boots

I hardly ever listen to the albums anymore, but it I do its on vinyl. I listen to tons of bootlegs. I think I've heard the studio versions a million times.

I downloaded the new tool album to give guac a break, since I've listened to it non stop since the first leak. I make tons of PJ mixes but I go back and forth on listening to those, live stuff, and the records. I actaully don't listen to concerts very much, although I always enjoy them when I do. Instead I listen to the concert comps people put up here.

I have a playlist of all PJ studio albums and often shuffle through those. I like to listen to the concerts, but that requires at least a 2-and-half-hour investment.

I can't remember the last time I've listened to Ten or Vs straight thru. It's been over six years, probably closer to 8. I listened to Vitalogy with headsphones once about a year ago. I haven't listened to it since and before that night i had probably gone a few years. The same with No Code. I listen to Yield a few times a year. But, I might skip over MFC and Pilate. I don't even know where Binaural and Riot Act are. Once the upcoming shows are available, the same will happen to Avocado

Yeild is the album I listen to most sraight through. It's probably becuase its their most upbeat album, (haven't listened to the new one) and its the best one to listen to when your doing homework or just chillin.

a shuffle every once in a while is good. but i always love listening to one all the way through. you capture the mood of the recording and lyrics much better than bouncing between the different environments of the various albums.

It's not more upbeat than Yield, although it's ultimatley more inspiring.
