So I called this clown, asking if there were anything new or has heard anything about release dates or when the single is coming out, etc..

He said to me...."You honesty care about new Pearl Jam?"

After I said, yes, I do, then I asked, why, don't you like Pearl Jam?

He then said....Honestly, I don't think Pearl Jam has came out with a good record since VS. I then said, you don't even like Vitalogy? He told me he only like half of it.

He said his their newer stuff, and by that, I'm taking it as if he's talking about No Code and up, has no rythem and Eddie just mumbles the words, then the song is over.

I mean, have you seen this band live??

Also, I told him to put that Steelers/Paul Okenfold "Ready Steady Go" song on their site for download, and he said he can't for legality reasons.

Then why are they allowed to play it?

I can't believe nobody recorded this off the air and put it up somewhere.

Why are you calling a station that plays "Mandatory Metallica" to ask about Pearl Jam?

EDIT: Besides, RM will know about any news LLLLLOOOONNNNGGG before any lame radio DJs.

Another radio station here in Pittsburgh (WDVE) knew about Pearl Jam opening for the Stones before RM did and it was announced on Pearl Jam's official site.

So you never know.

This DJ in question is probably wacking off to his 15 minutes of internet fame. Make it to a major market, pal, like Boston, NY or LA. What a dink.
