The record label sent it out to media outlets to promote RVM. I work for a TV news show...voila. I cut out the contact information at the end to prevent people from harassing Sony employees. Basically it gave a woman's name (I assume one of PJ's media relations people) and number and offered copies of RVM to those that wanted them. Not too much cut out.

At times it kind of looked like a record company thing using fan footage.
