I am under the impression that no official release was ever made of this. My girlfriend bought a copy off ebay a couple years ago that were CD-Rs. I am reselling these on Ebay, and today I got a message from the high bidder saying he refuses to pay his (outrageously high) bid, and says he is going to "report me".

I am correct that there was no official release of Self Pollution Radio by the band? Am I wrong to be selling these on Ebay?

And just for the record, this person confirmed with me that these were CD-Rs before he made his high bid.

They are not official, but bootlegs. Hence they are illegal to sell.

good shows though. Were those copywrited or anything? i didn't realize itw as illegal to sell bootlegs if there was no offical release

From my understanding it's illegal to sell a recording of somebody's else's work without their permission. Hopefully PunkDavid sees this thread and can clear this up for us.

whats on these four cds? i got one bootleg called "self pollution radio" from the vitalogy era, where they just play a couple of songs off of vitalogy, and some soundgarden and mad season from the same session, but no talking. then i have another cd, called "monkey wrench radio 1998", and there is some chatting and talking from eddie, and a couple of songs played like a common radio show...
