I had tickets in my cart, tried to check out, couldn't get past step 3, and then it released my tickets. Damn it!

Well, I anticipate writing this. I might as well just cut and paste this in about 45 minutes.

The homepage to pearljam.com won't load for me but if you go to the store direct https://secure.pearljam.com/store/index.spring it loads surprisingly fast.
