TEN CLUBTICKETS

Since the beginning of the Ten Club, Pearl Jam has been dedicated to making sure that fans get priority seating whenever possible. Sometimes, there are circumstances beyond our control that limit our ability to do this. But we go to bat for you...and most of the time, we find a way.
NORTH AMERICA TOUR 2006 -- LEG ONE

OFFICIAL RULES, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

So many rules and regulations these days...regardless, this is important stuff that pertains to you and your ticket purchase. We strongly encourage you to read carefully every little detail. Purchasing tickets through the Ten Club pre-sale means you have agreed to these terms and conditions, so it's for your benefit that you know what you are agreeing to...right?
PURCHASING TICKETS AND ELIGIBILITY

Ten Club pre-sale tickets for selected shows on the Pearl Jam North America Tour 2006 will be available online only at pearljam.com. No phone, e-mail, or mail orders will be accepted. This is a web-store offer only.

Confirmed concert dates and on-sale information is posted at http://pearljam.com/tour/

The Ten Club pre-sale for Leg One of the North America tour will begin on March 8th, 2006. Ticket pre-sales will be staggered, so please pay attention to each pre-sale date and time corresponding with each show date.

All pre-sales will remain open until March 18, 2006, at 5 p.m. Pacific time or while supplies last.

You must be an active Ten Club member as of March 7, 2006, to be eligible for access to pre-sale tickets for the just-announced Leg One of the North America Tour. No exceptions.

You cannot purchase a new Ten Club membership or renew an expired membership after March 7, 2006, and be eligible for the Leg One pre-sale. Purchasing a membership or renewal at this time will only allow you to participate in future Ten Club pre-sales.

Visa and Mastercard will be the only acceptable forms of payment. No exceptions. We do not accept Discover, American Express or offer PayPal as an option.

The base ticket price for specified dates on the North America Tour 2006 is $49.00 (CDN $59.50 for Canadian shows) plus applicable fees and taxes per ticket. There will be an additional $2.00 built-in Foundation fee per ticket, which will be donated collectively to local charities of Pearl Jam's choice in each show city or state. A $3.50 service charge plus a $1.70 bank card processing fee per ticket will also slightly increase the ticket price total.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No transfers. For real. You will get mad when your time comes, but it is our official policy.

You can buy two tickets per show only, but there is no limit to how many shows you can attend. No single tickets will be sold. Pairs only.

If you are using someone else's credit card to purchase tickets, make sure to log into your active Ten Club account and enter the correct billing information for the card in use. Unauthorized purchases will not be honored.

Wheelchair accessible or ADA seating is available through the Ten Club pre-sale. If you require ADA seating, please contact us directly at tickets@tenclub.net once you have purchased your pre-sale tickets online. We will exchange your pre-sale tickets for proper ADA seating at that time. We have a limited amount of these seats, so if we sell out, we will direct you to the venue ticket office to complete your ADA request.
TICKET AVAILABILITY

Ten Club does not guarantee tickets for every member regardless of eligibility. We have created an opportunity for members to have a chance to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Deadlines and ticket restrictions do apply.

Pre-sale tickets are first come, first serve. There is a limited amount of tickets allotted to the Ten Club due to restrictions put on fan club ticket sales. Therefore, once Ten Club tickets are sold out for a particular show there will be no more tickets available until the public on-sale.

If additional shows are added to the tour after the official tour announcement, our solution will be to offer a ticket reservation for Ten Club tickets prior to the on-sale. Making a ticket reservation will authorize your credit card but not charge the card until the additional show is officially "rolled over". If you make a ticket reservation for an anticipated additional show and it does not happen, your credit card information will be removed from our system and you will not be charged.
SEAT ALLOCATION

Tickets are allocated by seniority within the Ten Club. The longer you have been in the Ten Club, the closer your seats are to the stage. Proximity to the stage is determined by how many members are in attendance at a show.

Tickets will be pre-assigned and organized in advance of the show, then distributed at the venue box office on the day of the show. We will not mail your tickets to you, nor can we reveal your seat location in advance of the show.

Group seating is not an option, but your pair of tickets will be seated together.

Not all Ten Club tickets will be located on the floor. We have reserved the side sections closest to the stage and feel these seats provide a better view than those in the back section of the floor.

Since tickets will be prioritized and assigned in advance, showing up early to the box office will not increase your chances of getting closer to the stage. Ten Club distribution times will be revealed in a follow-up e-mail confirmation.

Your tickets are your tickets. No exchanges or refunds will be honored on the day of the show if you are unsatisfied with your seat location.
TICKET CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation from our web-store via e-mail after your ticket order has been processed. This may not be immediate as it takes time to process all the ticket orders, so your patience is appreciated. This order confirmation is your receipt and is also accessible for viewing in your Ten Club profile online.

You will receive a follow-up e-mail confirmation closer to the date of the show with details on how, when, and where to collect your tickets. Please have patience and avoid sending multiple or unnecessary e-mails to the Ten Club.
RECEIVING TICKETS

You must show a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, school ID) at the Ten Club will-call window to collect your tickets. No exceptions. It is also helpful, but not necessary, to have your Ten Club member number available in case of any confusion at the box office window.

Only the Ten Club member can collect the tickets, not the cardholder. The Ten Club member whose account was used to purchase the tickets must be present to collect the tickets.

Reselling tickets purchased through the Ten Club for above face value will result in the revocation of all future ticket privileges. Seriously.
CONTACT US

Please use our website often...It is there for you and full of tour information. We will make as much information available to you as possible, so many of your questions can be answered with a little research on our site.

All ticket questions can be directed to tickets@tenclub.net. Your e-mail will be answered in the order it was received, so sending multiple e-mails will simply slow our response time. Please have patience so we can service everyone with equal respect.

All questions regarding your membership or eligibility can be directed to info@tenclub.net. Again, please have patience and we will respond to your concerns as soon as we can!

hmm. the rules look legit, what is weird is that they are going to chicago/michigan instead of staying around nyc/nj/pa inbetween ct and philly/dc

i hope this is not true, i'm in europe from jun 7-18th and have a feeling nyc will fall into that date range. :) also in SC from june 1-4 and will already miss NJ shows for that :(

how is it possible that leg one is only 13 dates? i would think they would do more. Perhaps having a kid makes it harder to do extensive touring.

it looks more legit, but why the break between the 2 different Continental shows? even if they had a nets or devils game i there, why would they deal with the gap in shows? and going from CT to Chicago, back to the East Coast does seem a bit odd to me...

Only 13 shows? They've previously done more like 20-25 shows per leg.

I think these are only the shows where presale tickets will be availible. I'm sure there are more shows but they wouldn't work out presale tickets for some reason. I'm sure Boston and Camden will get more than one show each.

MCI Center is a really nice venue. Nice sound in there, good views from most seats, pretty big place - holds approx. 20,000 people.

But why all these arena shows for a summer tour? That is a little suspicious. One outdoor venue for the first leg of the Summer Tour?
I am guessing tomorrow's tour dates will not match up with these.
