Does anyone own this or know anything about it? It looks old, (I guess it's gotta be, it's VHS) but there is a DVD version just recently released. Good buy? -- DVD version of course.

If its the same as the VHS then no, its not a good buy. I bought the VHS a long time ago, when I was just learning guitar and it was laughable. All you need is http://www.giventowail.com

and by laughable, he means you can't help but laugh at how trashy the guy looks, and how terrible the quality/editing/everything about this thing is...
