Does this single really exist .. I can't find it anywhere... according to theskyiscrape it does..

Does anyone know where I can purchase it online..

I've never heard of such a thing. It would be a very cool disc, but I'm pretty certain that nothing like that was ever released by Epic/Sony.

The Alive promo single (yellow cover), released well ahead of Ten, contained Alive (original mix), Wash, and I've Got A Feeling. Besides the Japanese Ten, it's the only place IGAF is available, as far as I know.

Correct.
I've got the Alive promo single and the Alive Japanese EP.
IGAF is only on the promo single, so I think they just made a mistake on TSIS.

they're just showing tracks that were on other editions. all of those tracks exist on some alive cd, just not all on the same one.

How much is the yellow alive promo single worth? My g/f got one for like 3 bucks at her used CD store here in bfe TN. She jealously guards it since I told her it may be worth something. It is in decent condition.

I just got one a few weeks ago off ebay for $13 and that was a great price. It usually goes for closer to $40.
