Anyway, so I'll be buying this album twice. Once for the bootleg on the 10C-site, once to have it May 1st in my local record store.

i bought it. and sure as hell expect a cd to be a cd. i have no use, nor skill for downloading then burning, unless its simple as lining them up and hitting disc at once. in either case, it should be a cd

yeah, its expensive if they end up releasing the same version in stores for $10-12, but i doubt theyll do that.

if they keep pulling this "bonus" crap I might end up buying 5 copies of the album.

i dont know about the free album download at midnight...i'm surprised that the record company is letting them do that.

Ok...so for $20 I get:

To D/L the songs at Midnight at 256bps
A free '92 show from the vault(maybe an actual cd or 256bps)
And they are going to mail me the actual cd?

My vote says yes! I have a tradition of picking it up at mid night at the store, but this is cool too.

I wonder if I can preorder the vinyl? If so that is what I will do...or maybe my local record store will have it.

If Bands want people to pay $20 for thier CD they need to do more of this.

To me it reads that you would get the CD, the New Year's Eve CD, and the opportunity to download the album immediately after the release, so while you wait for the timely delivery of said CDs you can listen to Pearl Jam's Pearl Jam.

I'm holding out for a dvd from the vault. Cmon PJ...don't tease us with stinky cd's....we want dvd's!!!
