I was getting into this and I wanted to talk more about them.

http://www.evenflowrocks.com

I think the lead singer trys to hard and you can tell the band only listens to the studio versions and not boots or anything. I would still like to see them live.

I saw them last weekend and they kicked ass. I'm going to see them again in a few weeks.

5 agains 1 is much better man. they are the best PJ cover band in the country...they do listen to more than the studio versions.

I never saw 5 against 1 but I don't see it getting better then Evenflow.

I could not even get into the bar they were playing last night.

They sound so good and party like it's a PJ show. I've had a great time every time I have seen them. I'm bummed I missed them last night but if they are plaing anywhere close to you (or far from you) I would go see them.

Evenflow Rocks!!!!

5 Against 1 is great... but I was a little disturbed by how much they ACT like PJ... I saw them last weekend and the lead singer even grew his hair out a bit like Ed's.

A bunch of us are going to see 5 Against 1 at the Hard Rock in Philly on Nov. 12th, by the way.

That is what tribute bands do.

well i don't expect them to be perfect and be exactly like pj. that's why those little things don't really bother me all that much.

Listened to Evenflow on their website and it would piss me off if I was playing a solo and the fucking singer started talking during it. ever see Eddie Vedder talking over solo?

Sounded pretty competant in general though.

I've never seen a PJ cover band. If I lived where there was one I would check them out just to support them. Nobody is going to be exactly like the band. You just have to accept what they're putting out. They love the band just like we do.

I saw Evenflow about a year ago and thought they did a great job. I actually ended up sitting next to Kurt, one of the guitarist from the band, in St. Louis.

Whether you like them or not, you have to respect them for getting out there and paying tribute to a great band.

Everyone already knows which band is my favorite. (I was there last weekend too, in the green 'im with the band' shirt. You mean Sweeny's, right? Because the week before @ the Nutty Irishmen was a bust because the soundguy was AWEFUL.)

Fish is actually growing his hair out for his (very non ed) halloween costume, but it does look more 'ed like'.
