I can't find this posted anywhere else...
TenClub.net and PearlJam.com have "unwrapped" the CD to reveal the album cover artwork! Not that we haven't seen it already, but it's "officially" unveiled from Pearl Jam now.

I think it was a smart move to give us a glimpse of it before. I got used to the idea by now. So it's an avocado. Umm...Ok. Is it the best choice? Nope, probably not. Is it weird? Yeah, pretty weird as album artwork goes. But at least it's unique - so it fits to this record.

the only thing I dont like about the album cover is guacamole tastes like crap. I hate the stuff. Ill smack any waitress who dares serve it to me. im an allstar
Lets just hope the tour shirts dont have avocados on them. You know, like how on the yield tour they had the yield artwork on them? i wont be buying one if they do. Probably wont anyway, most of their shirts are boring. However i LOVED my red "Primate with a machine gun" shirt, off the yield tour. Oh, how i wish i didnt wear that out.

There were shirts for sale at the Astoria with the Avacado on, didn't really like them myself.
