i kind of feel dumb asking this because everyone seems to know what it means, but what is a 6/8 and 3/4 song
i just picked the song i liked best out of the ones you listed
It's a musical term for how many beats there are in a measure. Most pop songs are in standard 4/4 times which means there are 4 beats in each measure and that beat is a quarter note. This is easy to clap to and headbang to. 3/4 time is when there is 3 beats in a measure. The music might seem kind of different and harder to follow. Hopefully this helps a little.

isn't sleight of hand in a really weird timing, like 1/6?
