Ive been visiting this message board for a few years but i have never really posted that much, but i usually check it out 5-10 times a day.
I recently won a 30gb ipod video, the problem is i already own the 60gb model.

Yes, it could be illegal. But did you also consider that the files could have been bought legally from iTunes or some other similar legal source? Or maybe he simply ripped this entire collection from his CD's?
Besides that, all he's doing is providing a favor to someone who, since they're on this baord, have most likely purchased a fair chunk of this collection themselves. All he's doing in that case is simply saving the purchaser the trouble of ripping and loading their own collection. Coming from a person who has a 60GB iPod (with roughly 8-12 GB or PJ on it), I can tell you this is a hassle. Especially if you're like me and need to have the album artwork displayed perfectly and the info for each song, artist and album to be complete and likewise perfect.

Haha its so funny cause your right. I have all the artwork PERFECT on my ipod. And all of the boots were purchased legally. i bought the entire series in 2003, ill even provide a picture of all the cds if need be, and i purchased most of the concerts from 2005 from the pj download service.
