Does the first 20 seconds and some other parts of this song remind anyone else of Pearl Jam? Also, at 2:42 when Brandon starts to sing "This isn't coincidence. There's no such thing..." it reminds me of Stone mainly on Bayleaf of course.

The intro from 'all those yesterdays' sounds a lot like 'made for tv movie'.
I noticed this a while back.

It's cool, cause incubus and pearl jam are my two favourite bands.

That's true about Brendan, but he wouldn't have that affect on what they actually played would he? I love the album too. I rank it as my fave with Morning View. I can't believe I didn't really notice the similarities sooner though. I mean I have for awhile now, but still not long enough.

 Yeah, I'm noticing other similarities as well.

And Incubus are great, so it's cool in my book.

true but a producer has an effect on how things are arranged and sound a lot. so i'm sure he had input on how some of the music came out sounding.

I think it's more about Incubus and the sound they were looking for, but I'll agree that Brendan's touch may have pushed it a little more in that direction.
