I know the liner notes say that "Pearl Jam" wrote all of the music for the album...but is that true? I listen to songs like Small Town and Daughter and I doubt that they were collaborative band efforts. From what I understand, there is some info out there in interviews and whatnot that kind of point to who really wrote what.
Anyways...let me know if you know anything on this subject. Also, didn't Ed write Bugs himself?

RVM, Small Town are Eddie songs.
Glorified G is a Mike tune.
Daughter, Animal, Blood, Leash (??) is Stone.
Indifference is Jeff
Go started as a Dave A riff and WMA came from a 2second drum loop... I think

That break down actually seems very fitting. Do you have any evidence?

and Dissident is Stone's fault.
Dissident is most definitely a Mike song, but funny anyway.
There's another thread about this, if someone can find it, I'll merge.

Seriously? Wow, I completely pegged Stone for basically retooling Alive on this one. But now that i think about it, the main riff/quasi-lead does sound like Mike.

RVM- Eddie
Rats- Dave, Jeff
Elderly Woman- Eddie
Leash- Stone
Indifference- Jeff

Go - Riff is Dave, rest Stone
Glorified G - Same, riff Mike rest Stone.
There is a Guitar World article that confirms this.

Just those two. The only other ones I know for sure of are Animal - Stone,
Small Town and RVM - Ed, the others I'd only be guessing but the list there looks about right. Is that right about Dave and rats?

The main, hard riff of Blood is Dave's. I read that in an interview around the time Vs. came out. He contributed that and the opening/ chorus to Go.

I always thought Blood was Dave's too...I think Ed even said it on one of those old $40 bootlegs we had to buy back in the day
