My first show was in 1998 and my next show will be my 10th.

Am I the only one not in the club? Who has seen the most concerts without ever joining?

10 shows and you're not a member? what's the hold up?

It's not done most of us much good recently. Thanks to the Ten Club, I now look 60 years old, have lost all my hair and teeth through stress, and took up chain smoking cigars and drinking turps

that's true--you've got GA shows

But you wouldn't have your deep magazine

I still have no regrets at all being in the Ten Club. And I surely won't give it up.

I'm not in the ten club. But yet I ordered the new cd from the ten club.

I've seen them like 5 times. It's definitely getting harder and harder to get tickets though. The only reason I'm going to the May 27th show is because someone I know in the club has an extra ticket.

the third line doesn't flow well but the rest of that is pretty good.

I thought about joining back in 2000 or so, but thought, nah, how many more times will PJ tour anyway, and my seniority will suck.

If you cant get tickets for a regular show thru ticketmaster than you are not trying. I do fine without the ten club for getting in. Guess it helps that I am not a seat snob (although I will be only 15 rows back for Camden).

Hey that shit sells out in like 2 minutes. If there are two people in front of you, forget it. And forget the phone. Your only chance is a high speed computer, and even then failure is likely.

Twenty bucks for christmas single and magazine seems kind of steep. Even if it is a tour year, which it usually isn't, you are no longer guaranteed tickets through the club. So it makes sense for the first poster to never join 10c. I will continue to retain my membership in the hopes that one day I will be the last fan left and therefore get front and center for every single concert they play to nobody.

do i smell irving plaza bitterness? haha
i used to be in 10c in 96 and i believe i would make the 168xxx (rumoured)
irving NYC cutoff if i didnt give it up and rejoined in 2001... oh well.

but yea i agree, by now i am not sure if it makes sense to join 10c, your number will totally suck and you can get similar seats with ticketmaster i would think.
