Listening to the new record and I have noticed that Comatose, Severed Hand, MITS and Parachutes all make use of the word fall.

Feel it rising comatose with no fear of falling.

Ive no fear but for falling down, so look out below I am falling now.

Seeing visions of falling up somehow.

I would've fallen from the sky.

Is this just coincidence or more to it?

Probably, but it may not have been done on purpose but for that same theme to come up on four different songs sugest to me that his thought process is bringing up this images, like when you have dreams where you are falling through the sky and cant stop.

Maybe Ed has dreams about falling a lot.

I noticed that, too.

it's not a coincidence. It's an important thematic element of the album

Falling implies failure, weakness, error. The album is about learning to rise up from one.

there are a few other images that get used a few times

waves and homes are two of them. I don't think any of these (or most of them) are accidents. They're being repeated for a reason.

So do you think it was deliberate to include this theme or was the image in Eds mind and he wrote it down?

I suppose this is getting at how you write a song. Do you think what to write or do you feel, they are two different things.

Both--I think that idea was on his mind and this was one common image he used to express it.

How many Oasis songs have Liam sining 'Sheeeeiiiine' in them

Supposedly a coincidence too.

I guess they could have called the new album 'Falling Down' and included a studio take of that track.

7 song titles end with the letter E.

And the letter E is the first letter in the word End. :?
