There are six and I only recognize Ed. And if they are all there who is the sixth guy. Thats a really weird freaking insert.

my guess is that the dude on the lower right of the head pyramid is Boom.

My guess--
The puzzle head doesn't look like any of them, could be Stone, though.
Comatose is Jeff.
Severed Hand is Stone.
Marker is absolutly Matt.
Unemployable looks like Jeff, too.
Gone looks like the Matt from the band picture (bottom left, it's missing a nose.)
Come Back is Ed, he's alive like in the band photo.
Inside Job is Mike, of course.
