After signing just a 1 record deal with J ( it was stated in one of their interviews ), what will they do after this one's all said and done? Are they in a position to become their own label?

The band has stated they don't want things to get to that popular level it once was, and I think it's headed that way, to a degree of course, so does it all kind of go up in the air from here?

Thoughts

As long as they keep making records, I could care less.

sounds like they've been pretty happy with J so far. I bet they'll resign with them.

Ed seemed to have the impression that when they were super " popular ", people just got sick of them. I think, and that's just my opinion, that they would rather just be out there, rather than in everyone's face. Lately they been everywhere ( I love it ), but will they continue to.

not to be the downer, but philly05 made a good point....

they might have come full circle now...

i mean, they are in the spotlight enough to let everyone know they still exist, they are making up for the so so songs on the new album by playing stuff everyone has been wanting to hear for years.... maybe this is the last one... who knows...

Anything is possible.

No reason to worry about it, however.

As they get older they may slow down but break up? Where is this coming from?

There is still lots to be done. I don't think they are going anywhere.

the same place its come from every record since no code. knuckleheads trying to over think things and create "signs" that are not there. it's really annoying to have to hear everytime they put out a record.

Face it people - this is the new Rolling Stones. They always say how much they admire the Stones for their longevity.

At least Ed won't be hopping around the stage like a rooster at 60.

i think it was a legit thought after no code and after the binaural tour. but they are really the only times i ever thought the band would break up.
