the photos seem to be professional quality, could be magazines bidding. it is definatelynot for the dvd of a broadcast show. I met one of the photo people in asheville and he has got quite a bit of money so far selling pics to publications.

no. this douchebag is just putting pictures he downloaded (probably from synergy or other fans who just wanted to share) on the dvd. he's not including real photos. he's even putting pictures of the posters on the dvd.
He is also selling CDs from the tour. Toledo is going for $41 right now and 19.99 for the others. It is people like this that ends up ruining it for the rest of us.
I sent in a report of the auction #'s as violating their downloadable media rule and the following is their reply.

Now things are looking a little more realistic. I would still argue about getting it for FREE - instead of even, Toledo, for 41 bucks. I'm sure they will go higher once the bidding week wears on.
Pearl Jam CD, Grand Rapids, 10-3-04 $18.00
Pearl Jam CD, St. Louis 10-5-04 $15.99
Pearl Jam CD, Boston #1, 9-28-04 $14.99
Pearl Jam CD, Toledo, 10-2-04 $41.00
Pearl Jam CD, Reading, 10-1-04 $15.99
Pearl Jam DVD, VFC Finale plus tour photos and posters $19.99
Pearl Jam CD, Boston #2, 9-29-04 $15.99
Pearl Jam CD, Asheville, 10-6-04 $14.99
Pearl Jam Double CD, Boston 9-28 and 9-29-04 $19.99
I have an honest question that has boggled(sp?) my mind. What is the difference between what this person is doing and people who sell tickets, posters, and T-shirts for silly prices on ebay? They all have the same goal in mind, do they not? Why not attack the others, also?

they can get bootlegs for free, not the tickets, posters etc...
not that i excuse scalpers and fu**ers that buy 20 posters at shows but to my point of view, selling bootlegs they just DL on STG or TSIS is worse

p.s.
glad the board is up again, and let the post whoring begin.
