Does anybody know where I could find a copy of Pearl Jam's MTV Unplugged performance or if there is such an album? Also, does anybody have a list of other performers who have done MTV Unplugged?

It was never released as an album, but you can hear the songs here: http://www.theskyiscrape.com/setlists/display.php?id=79

It used to have audio to all the songs, but now there are only 3 songs.

I know that Alice in Chains and Nirvana have done unplugged also and both albums were released.

Go into the trading forum. There is an excellent pre-broadcast, 2 disc recording of the entire set (including the songs not broadcast) as well as the soundcheck. It is VERY widely distributed.

Yeah, it's even still being seeded over at bt.etree.org. Nearly 4,000 people have downloaded it there.

I don’t know if this is common knowledge around here but I certainly didn’t know this was available. It’s very cool to hear them off the air before the unplugged concert.

I can't read any Pearl Jam lyrics, they're all in Italian.

Not sure about an mp3, but you could ask for a lossless copy of the show in the Trading Forum
