if I understand correctly, Mike relapsed AFTER the Binaural tour, correct?

post-Yield, the band seems so happy and "together," it's really hard to imagine him falling backwards

when where his majors stints of rehab? '94 (post Vs. tour), '00 (post Binaural)

this part of the bands biography I'm unfortunately rather ignorant of

I think this probably falls under the don't talk about the bands personal life rule.
