Well, my birthday was a few weeks ago and my friend Peyton was in Vegas for it. He got back a few weeks later and told me an interesting story. He was in Vegas on business and one of his clients asked him out to lunch to meet a few friends. Rick Parashar, producer of Ten, was one of those friends.
Anyways, he and Peyton hit it off and ended up talking for hours. Afterwards, Rick gave him his email (which I have now, wahaha) and said to stay in contact, after joking "I'll probably be working for you someday." Peyton's quite the entrepreneur. So Peyton emailed him when he got back to his hotel and said he had a cousin (I'm not really his cousin) who loved Pearl Jam and this cousin would love any kind of memorabilia, especially something signed by the band.
Rick told him he still had contact with Eddie every once in a while but not often, but he could probably get me a signed pic or something. A few weeks later Peyton got a framed picture in the mail. Now I've taken it out and it is actually signed and not just printed, although it's pretty obvious that Rick or someone wrote "To Andrew" on it years later. He probably just had it laying around, took out a sharpie and wrote my name on it. Still, it's pretty damn cool and I thought I'd share it with you guys ... to look, not touch.

My friend, while working on Letterman got Eddie's sig for me on a No Code record. Let me tell ya, I think he changes it often. My friend saw him do it and I've compared it to other authentic ones (like the one in the Hard Rock Cafe in San Diego) and it's diff.
Point being, it's tough to duplicate your own sig every time. So cheer up, I bet it's real.
I thought that too, but from the way the ink on the signature is fading this is probably years old. I just wish he'd left off the "To Andrew" part entirely, b/c it's obviously written years later. Stupid Parashar, it's his fault Ten sounds like an echoey black hole.
