Life Wasted is the most accessible of the new tracks. It was my favorite at first, until I kept listening to Severed Hand and Parachutes. Great tune though, beats almost all of Riot Act.

Hold on!!!!!!!! When I brought up all of the nOObs in the "new songs suck ass" (paraphrased)thread, I was flamed, said I couldn't bring that up. Some fancy ass NY lawyer yelled at me(imagine that)

I guess he didn't realize that 500 odd posts isn't shit around here.

I'm actually not a noob to this board, I was member, regular poster for a while, I just don't remember what my freaking username was, and have since changed the e-mail address I was under. But I was part of the whole Binaural outtakes fun filled extravaganza.
can we get back to talking about life wasted please?
Of all the new ones we have this one is proabably my least favorite. I think Ed's voice on this one sounds weird ... I can't really describe it ... it's like he's not really into it ... like the song is old to him already, maybe the practiced the hell out of it before he laid down the vox tracks?
I do like the way where the song slows down and then gears up again.

WWS, Comatose, and Severed Hand rank above it for me but it's a real solid opener. It is the weakest vocals of those four--but still pretty good. I think I like it more than save you (it's still early to really tell) and that was my second favorite song from Riot Act.
