if it has been posted before, I'm sorry (used the search-engine though). Nothing really new, but it's fun to listen to, enjoy:)

Damn, I can't listen to this at work. Can anyone give a little synopsis of what Chris says, especially the PJ part? Thanks! :D

i just hit play. i'll post a synopsis of any relevant bits of info.

-Original Fire is about the pre-1990 Seattle scene and how the remaining bands are still approaching music in the same way. Usually that spirit fades out, but it hasnt in this case.

-talks about what Soundgarden guys are doing: Ben/Hater; Matt/PJ

-DJs mention MLB cover at Gorge. CC asks what song they did.

-talks about how Andy being a born rockstar and how MLB broke the repetition of Slaughter/Ratt (same chords and suject matter for every song)

-Ed/PJ were a second-coming of that type of life being infused into the scene.

-loves to play Grand Theft Auto, rest of the guys like Madden football

-new solo album will be finished recording in the next couple of months

-has never made love to Audioslave or Soundgarden music; prefers Barry White, Al Green or no music.

-AIC reunion: saw them recently; thinks its great.

wow, why are DJs such idiots???

Good to hear, can't ever have enough Cornell! :D

But....does this means the rumors of Audioslave's demise are true? :(

Blabbermouth only post stories about Audioslave to flamebait people who comment, and no I'm not joking

I guess he didn't mention it in the interview, but he sang the new Bond theme!

Check it out:

Plus he denied all the AS breakup rumors. :D

So much love for Wood, not just as a person but an incredibly talented artist. Nice to hear.

I wonder if he was pleased that Rusty Cage was on the last one.

No shit. Yeah what a great moment it was at the Gorge when they played "Crown of Thorns/Chloe Dancer." Complete poseurs.

No kidding. Thank god Chris was in a chatty mood and we got a decent interview out of it anyway. We've seen Chris clam up frequently when the DJs are total douchebags.
