Does anyone know the story behind this videoclip? I wonder how much input Pearl Jam had making this video. Was it like: 'here are the lyrics to the song; make your own little movie out of it', or did the band had is own ideas regarding the clip. How great a video it is, it wasn't a big commercial succes, was it? I've never seen it anywhere on tv here in Europe.

Eddie was highly involved in the thing, and in the end the whole band approved it.
I saw a McFarland cartoon video recently - it wasn't DTE, it was some other rock/rap artist. I forget who. Anyways, the video was very similar to DTE, basically a ripoff. Does anyone know anymore info on this.

Korn's "Freak On A Leash" is partially animated by McFarlane....
The PJ video came first...however I wouldn't consider the Korn video a ripoff, as PJ's is completely animated while Korn's features live action with the band performing, etc...
