The rules are simple. We go album by album. Every day we have new voting. You pick the two songs you want thrown off the album and post them in this thread. Two songs are eliminated per day until there are 3/4 songs left. Then we go one a day and determine the winner for the record. The 10 survivors (8 records, lost dogs, misc. songs) and the runners up will compete against each other to determine the ultimate Pearl Jam survivor.
Rounds last from 9am to 9am.
May the best song win.

No covers. It was a tough choice. It would have added I've got a feeling, sonic reducer, olympic platnium, and someday at christmas (plus any others I forgot) but those aren't pearl jam songs, and with the rare exception of Sonic reducer, aren't played either (or haven't been played in 14 years). I went wtih crazy mary since it has a polished studio recording and is a live staple.

really?
By the way, for first rate covers of angel and happy when I'm crying check out round I of the PJ cover contest. The happy when I'm crying cover is better than the original.
