A lot more on this album. How does everyone feel about that? I personally enjoy his voice more than the other two.

As far as I know, he's not really doing backing vocals on the album, just in concert. Most of the backing vocals on the album was done by Ed.

Anyways, I think Matt is doing great singing back-up. Now almost every member of the band sings. Let's get Mike going to complete the group.

It's really seeming like a different band now with the harmonies between Ed and Matt. It's a really good thing, I think.

God bless,

Jared

i love matt's harmonies on WWS...they sound excellent

sometimes i feel like he is too loud in concert with it (from what i've seen), but it could just be me

It really depends on what you watch. On SNL, Matt was as loud or louder than Ed, and on Jools and Letterman he was turned down quite a bit. They need to find a good in-between volume for him. I think he's doing awesome.

I have to agree, he's got some great backup vocals on the new record and he seems to nail it live.

Hmm, the sessions while recording show him doing vocals. I think it's great. Just what we need, another Phil Collins. 8)
