you better get your promotional juggernaut ready for round II angus cuz I think one of these two teams is heading to the finals
This one is ridiculously close. Lets figure this out with the star system
Jeremyvedder
5 stars: Release, Elderly Woman, Betterman
4 stars: marker in the sand
3 stars: who you are
Bad Music
5 stars: world wide suicide, indifference
4 stars: present tense, Tremor Christ
3 stars: nothing as it seems
it would seem that jeremy vedder should take it, but Tremor Christ is very close to a 5 star song and marker is really a 3.5 song. Plus world wide suicide is a top five song for me
Fuck it, I can't decide. I'm glad I don't have to

JV's only top notch song is release. While BM does have Present Tense and Indifference.
Neither list is very good.
Elderly Woman and betterman are very tired songs. Who You Are is okay. MITS is very good.
Tremor Christ I really like. WWS is okay. NAIS is "eh" at best.
Both lists have clunkers.
I'll go with Bad Music. But neither of these should make it out of the next round.

This has been the toughest first round match for me to pick but I'm going with BadMusic by a hair. I hate to vote against Release & Who You Are but the Present Tense-Indifference-Tremor Christ run was too tough to deny.
