Just picked this book up at the library...not a bad read...the book basically talks about Ed's past and the forming of the band and all the shit they went through up to Yield. Some decent pics you guys should take a look at it if you havent already

Indeed it's a very good book. The only thing that annoyed me was the fact it's called Pearl Jam and Eddie Vedder. Just me being picky

I didn't think it was good at all. I read it a year and a half ago but I remember 5 or 6 glaring errors that any fan would know is untrue. The book creates a picture of Ed's adoptive father as some kind of child abusing monster. One of the lesser errors that really got to me was that it stated Given To Fly was the first video the band did since the Ten era. Stupid. It never goes that in depth with anything, though it does cover the band through 2003. All in all I only got the book cause it was PJ related but it really is not worth the money.

It would be good to get a satisfactory book on the band. Probably won't get one until they split though

I'll write it if someone can guarantee me a publisher.
