I've been in Ten Club since 1999, and the earliest I ever remember getting the single was mid-late January. The 99 one came in January, I'm pretty sure, and before I joined, I got a copy of the 97 single in mid January 1998 from an indie record store as a promo, so I assume all the ten club members had their by then.

let me just say that in fact o was a little dissapointed when i saw gone in the avacado , altough i lekd the song i feel like the xmas single should be something more exclusive and different i just hate live versions of songs we all now by now, give us somethig different, i also must say that gone was way better in the single don´t you guys feel that way??? simple is sometimes better.
