At a loss?

I know: Vs. (Blood), Vitalogy (Not for You), No Code (In My Tree), and Riot Act (Cropduster or Ghost, can't remember which one).

Can anyone confirm these and/or submit songs from the other albums in which Ed references himself by name (ie Ed, Eddie) in his lyrics

Alive is about Ed's upbringing, so he is the "I" referred to in that song.

Sounds like someone is really board today.

I don't believe he actually uses his name (Ed or Eddie) in any song other than Blood.

But if you are talking about first person references (I , Me, etc.) then there are MANY songs that fall into that category.

Use of the word "I" : Once, Alive, Black Jeremy, Oceans, Garden, Release, Go, Animal, RVM, Small Town, Leash, Indifference, Corduroy.......and the list goes on and on and on.

Use of the word "Me and or "My": Porch, Release, Go, Animal, Last Exit, Smile, Around the Bend, Push Me Pull Me, .......and the list goes on and on an on.

Come to think of it, the vast majority of PJ songs have first-person references and this is a really stupid thread

Blood and Not For You are the only songs that come to mind. Where in In My Tree or the 2 Riot Act songs does he say his own name?

If you're talking about songs that are sang in the first person, well...that's the majority of their catalog.

In My Tree has the lyrics "Eddie's in his home" and "Eddie's blue sky home" in the background, but I don't think either Cropduster or Ghost mention him.
