A little while ago, my buddy and I made a Pearl Jam Power Hour CD that my friends and I have been using. For those unfamiliar with "Power Hour," it is a drinking game where all participants take a shot of beer every minute for 60 minutes. The songs on the CD are all 1 minute splices of PJ songs, so the change in song indicates when you take a shot. It's a fun way to get drunk with your friends and enjoy some good music. I think we made a pretty decent mixture of popular and lesser known PJ tunes. My boy insisted that we include Crazy Mary, so that is the only cover. Here is the tracklist:

State of Love and Trust
Release (Chicago 6-18-2003)
Go (Detroit 10-7-2000)
Brain Of J
Deep (Rotterdam 7-16-1993)
Elderly Woman
Dissident
Unemployable
Lukin
Not For You (Boston 8-30-2000)
Spin The Black Circle (Boise 11-3-2000)
Down
Even Flow (Uniondale 4-30-2003)
Undone
Corduroy (Indianapolis 8-18-2000)
Present Tense (St. Louis 4-23-2003)
Daughter (Jones Beach 8-24-2000)
Alone
Hard To Imagine
Sad
Black (MTV Unplugged)
Green Disease
Insignificance (Boston 8-29-2000)
Red Mosquito
Why Go
World Wide Suicide
Glorified G
Crazy Mary (Champaign 4-23-2003)
In My Tree
Jeremy
Breakerfall
Do The Evolution
Breath
Oceans
I Got Id
Can't Keep
Blood (Melbourne 3-17-1995)
Garden
Light Years
Hail, Hail
Given To Fly
Leash
I Am Mine (New York 7-8-2003)
In Hiding
Save You
Once
Footsteps
Nothingman
Grievance (Saratoga 8-27-2000)
Animal
Porch
Rearviewmirror
Betterman (Indianaplois 8-18-2000)
Wash (Philly '05)
Last Exit (Irvine 6-2-2003)
Faithfull
Dirty Frank
Hunger Strike
Yellow Ledbetter
Alive (Philly '05-full song)

Anyway, I'd like to make this available to anyone who wants it, so if someone could help me out with setting up a torrent that would be great. Thanks...peace.

how did Unemployable get there if it was a while ago?

otherwise, i would LOVE this mix.

it would be a lot of fun to do a PJ related power hour!

Power Hour? That game is for pussies. The real man's beer drinking game is the CENTURY. Same premise, but manlier.

1 shot of beer every minute for 100 minutes. No puking, no peeing, nothing.

Sounds like something off the shopping channel.

'Tonight in QVC's Power Hour, how to get that body you always wanted, with these fantastic power products, brought to you exclusively by QVC's Power Hour!

I tried to do this once, I thought I'd make it with Mad Dog 20/20 instead of beer.

20 minutes later orange puke was squirting out of my nose.

pretty cool idea.

my fave is the crate challenge. you get all your mates together each get a crate of beer and you have to drink one beer before the end of each hour. and you can't start the next beer till 1 min past the next hour. so after 24 hours your are completely wrecked and have had no sleep..great fun!

Did you do the first minute of each song, or the best minute?

I've drank 24 beer in 24 hours before, but not with a structure like this. Drinking 1 beer an hour would piss me off for the first 12 hours.

posts like this remind me why I don't drink. No sensation can possibly be worth having orange puke coming out your nose.
