the staff of mxdwn.com have just nominated Pearl Jam's Pearl Jam for Album of the Year!!!

Read all about the other nominations as well as view the transcript of the first nominating session here:

http://www.mxdwn.com/feature.php?sid=89

Also, mxdwn.com is offering fans the chance to Submit their own nominations for Album/Song of the Year to be voted on by other users. If either an album or song they nominated wins AOTY/SOTY they could win either an iPod Nano or iPod shuffle!

http://www.mxdwn.com/album-contest.php

Congrats to Pearl Jam!

I saw the thread title and was shocked the academy would actually make the nomination. Then I realized it was just some website.

Then I hit reply and was like, "Why am I even bothering?"

I consider myself intelligent, clear thinking and love Riot Act. Maybe I'm dumb and have a clouded mind but I thought smarts and taste were two different things.
