You and Stone would fit in better at highway rest stops.

I doubt there's a man or woman alive on this planet who wouldn't go for you.

When I roadied for Dylan in 2000/1, I had to take his entire backstage entourage's laundry (including a rediculous number of smelly hippy blankets) to resident laundromats. But it had to be a staffed one that would dry clean. And they had to be brought by 10 AM and picked up by 4 PM, or everyone backstage (especially the food prep people, who were perfect stereotype loony LA "spiritual" hippy types) got REAL touchy.

The tragic thing was that the backstage area was one of the most wasteful and elitist places I've ever worked. Granted, Bob would rarely show up until just a few hours or less before the gig...but he was probably even more of a lunatic than anybody back there. I love the big B, so he's who I think of whenever people "stop liking a band" because of shit they do that's not music related.

With Perfect Circle, nobody even MENTIONED laundry. I never even thought about that. I wonder what the story was. Of course, there were a LOT more drugs backstage, so maybe that had something to do with it.

I bet PJ is more Dylanesque in their laundry habits.

With Dylan, it was cool to see that you could be utterly disgusted by the moronic thought employed by the artist and their friends, and still love the music. With Perfect Circle, it was just depressing to see the hedonism that gets romanticized in rock history up front, and see how pathetic, mindless, and lazy it really is.

From what I understand, Stone strictly does the band's floral arrangments for the tour bus.

Cool experiences I'm sure though. Keenan is a maniac.
