Last night on D. Letterman when Dave went to commercial, Paul and the band busted into to 'Hail, Hail'. When they returned from commercial the band was finishing up the song. It was hot!

I love when they do that. I never watch Letterman anymore, but I've seen the CBS orchestra play Hail Hail probably 8-10 times when they break for a commercial.

i love it when they do that as well, hell it even sounds better than the versions that have been played by Pearl Jam themselves as of late (except the Santa Barbara version, thank you Eddie for remembering the correct lyrics)

I know if I went on the show I would have them play that as my opening music. Then I would grab Paul's mic and sing the first couple of lines.

They play Hail, Hail at least twice a week.

It took me years to warm up to Paul... now I just think he's funny.
