Once a team's got a few members and has agreed on a captain go ahead and start a thread

and as chin said in that thread--the Team Binaural of the team binaural thread is seperate from the Team Binaural that shall be competing in the Pearl jam Olympics, although I'm expecting there will be a fair amount of overlap
