i will start my first post on this board as "memphis",.......just as i did the first time i posted as my old name,.....kind of a new start type thing,....

anyway,...i got my first copy of TEN a couple of days after hearing evenflow on mtv, loved it,.. too young to really appreciate it tho, then VS.,...my bro got it before i did, loved it, dissident and small town blew me away, VITOLOGY for christmas, it was on from there,....last exit, not for you!betterman! corduroy! wow. NO CODE. present tense is what made me really look into these guys as my favorite band at that time among other fantastic tunes,...but it wasnt till YIELD when i pronounced to myself and every one i knew that this is the greatest band in the world, brain of j, faithfull, given to fly, no way, DTE, in hiding, all those yesterdays, every fukin song, is awesome, and to all you YIELD lovers on this board i dont have to go on,........ that album hit me like no album did or has since,... other than the PJ releases to follow yield, BINAURAL, RIOT ACT, AVOCADO, LOST DOGS,.............,.....the point im trying to make is that this band is my life. other than family, friends, work, my life resolves around the music these guys make,......my life is better because of them, better because of people on this board who ive argued with, typed with, laughed with, (yes, im a veteran on this board, just changed my name)met at shows, etc. bottom line, ......thanks to pearl jam and to all of the fans involved in this incredibale ride ive been on,......see ya in 2007 motha fuckussssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,.............................
