Just got a call from my bestfriend she's living in Hawaii right now. I was at work and could barely hear her. But what I could hear was "Hey Eddie Vedder is playing right now solo at this...can you hear him...he's been talking for awhile and now he's playing...." So I stopped everything I was doing and tried to listen. It was not long, but I could make out for sure he was doing Throw Your Arms Around Me. That was all I could make out in the brief time on the phone. She's gonna call me tonight. But does anyone know what kind of event this was?

EDIT: She just txted and he played 6 songs. 2000-5000 people in attendence. Also it was at the Kakua Festival Waikiki Shell.

any idea what was played other than TYAAM? he's writing new music, but maybe we won't hear that until next month, if we are very very lucky.

personally, i'm going to be a very good girl for the next few weeks and hope santa makes a cinco de mayo visit. of course that celebrates a war...

Yes it does say the 24th but since it's a picture of the show I think we all now it must have been the 21st.

umm.. I think they are showing tonight's webcast live.. this was a 2 night event.. saturday/sunday

nm.. its only 2:30pm in hawaii. the show doesn't start until 4pm.. oops

yeah it seems like this website is getting too hung up on random BS contests and competitions, and slacking off with the important stuff.. (such as following a live performance from EV).. never thought I'd say this, but I guess I'll check the message pit
