Ok, now that the rareties have leaked.....why cant somebody step up to the plate and take one for the team (i know i have last year)
There are numerous AVACODO "B" sides out there and peop are just not sharing....i have heard ALARAMS OF NAUTICAL, and 2X4, but was not allowed to save, just stream. So how about it?
Last March i took one for the team over at synergy....(vets will remember) and set some tracks free.......how about some restitution?

i think it's crazy that there's still unreleased material out there that isn't being shared.
is there some kind of underground hardcore Pearl Jam fan community that has this kind of stuff? if so, how do I join?

in all honesty, yes, there is. i don't know if it's so much a community as it is just individuals that have some of this stuff. but they're really protective, and understandably so most of the time. for example, i know a guy that has a soundboard copy of eddie's solo show in rome from 1996 that he got from kelly curtis. if he let this get out, kelly would break off contact with him, so leaking shit carries ramifications.

But that's much, much different than a fan taping. If this person who has the Rome show spread it to the fans - even as a good will gesture - he's still betraying his friend's trust and could potentially get him fired. Now, if some snobbish fan that trades and downloads all the time has a great recording that isn't out there, and refuses to share it, well...he's a fucking asshole. The majority of Pearl Jam fans are very generous in sharing what they have, and this is part of the appeal of not only the band, but their fans as well.
